Orell Füssli Kartographie AG and MPA GéoDistribution SA consider orders binding as soon as the written order confirmation has been sent to the customer‘s email address.
We invoice shipments only in Swiss francs (CHF), invoices are payable within 30 days.
Shipments abroad are only payable in advance. We do not accept checks.
The customer receives a confirmation and an invoice with payment details.

The general terms and conditions (GTC) of Orell Füssli Kartographie AG and MPA GéoDistribution SA apply to all purchases in the online shop. Delivery
The products are shipped by Bündner Buchvertrieb in Chur. Shipping usually takes place within 2-3 working days inside Switzerland and Liechtenstein if the products are in stock. Shipments abroad are effected within 1-2 weeks, if available. If individual products are not in stock or no longer available, the customer receives a confirmation with the expected delivery date by email.Shipping Costs
No shipping (postage) and packaging costs are charged for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipments abroad are billed to the customer according to actual costs incurred. The costs are stated on the customer’s order and are specified on the order confirmation. We invoice shipments only in Swiss francs (CHF), invoices are payable within 30 days. Shipments abroad are payable in advance.Duties
Possible import fees / customs duties incurred with import outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein shall be borne by the customer. Import fees are not shipping costs.Prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. All price quotations can be changed at any time without prior notification.Data Protection
Customer data collected in connection with order processing are solely used to ensure the transaction is carried out, they are treated as confidential and not forwarded to third parties. Data are only forwarded to our partners for the purpose of providing services (order processing).Complaints and Liability
On principle, all orders are binding. In case of manufacturing faults or wrong deliveries we exchange the corresponding article for a faultless one. Flawless and saleable products can be returned within 10 days for credit. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law The provisions of Swiss law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction for all claims and disputes is Zurich.Shipping

For shipments abroad the currently Swiss VAT, charged at 7.7% respectively 2.5%, is not applicable. The possible import fees and VAT incurred by the recipient country shall be borne by the customer.
